The only survived residential house of the Nemetskaya Sloboda in Moscow

and the architectural monument of federal significance
Two-story stone chambers were built in the XVII century and according to legend, it was the place where Peter the Great met with his favorite Anna Mons.
The house As the symbol of RussiA's EuropeAnizAtion
The house was the administrative center of that time, the main place of all secular and cultural life of the turn of the XVII-XVIII centuries.
The important cultural site, that preserves the memory of the turbulent times of the Petrine reforms, was given a second life in 2020
At that time the Anna Mons` House passed into the private ownership of father and son Kazanins, who with the assistance of the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow carried out a large-scale restoration: restored the historical appearance of the building and breathed new life into the House, preserving its atmosphere and importance for the cultural heritage of the capital.

Nowadays Anna Mons' House
Through restored walls and the breath of eras
Anna was always dressed in fancy European dresses with cleavage, wore elaborate hairstyles and was always smiling. The music and laughter sounded in her house. Anna spoke with a charming accent and always knew how to entertain Peter.
The house holds the exhibition of works by artists Alexander Smirnov, Daria Karacheva and Artur Mirzoyan. The antique exposition contains samples of the French furniture of the XIX century, elements of decoration of the Imperial Russia, as well as of the Soviet time.
Permanent exhibition
On the regular basis, the House hosts international receptions, cocktail parties, cultural and musical evenings, art exhibitions and theater productions. The basement and first floor are available for rent for similar events.
The evenings in the spirit of old Moscow
In the nearest future, tours with elements of theatrical production will be organized to open access to the building for all people interested in architecture, history and life of the Peter the Great.

Rent of the building

You have at your disposal the first floor and basement of the House with ready rooms for the event, recreation areas and the possibility of organizing catering. The price includes basic light, access to sanitary facilities, assistance of a duty officer and access control to the territory.
If you book 5 hours or more, 1 technical hour is provided free of charge. The offer includes the presence of an auditor during the event to control the safety of the props. We work under contract, any type of payment.
